Day 31

Weight: 12 st 2 lbs
Weight gain: 1.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.8 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 4 lbs in 30 days

Breakfast:

2 crackers and philadelphia; 2 mugs of sweet tea
Lunch:
Bread, philadelphia and tomatoes; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Beef stew and boiled potatoes; apple cake, stewed apples and greek yoghurt; glass of wine

Exercise:
General walking  (c. 3,500 steps)

Expected - bread, potatoes and cake today as well.
