Day 24

Weight: 12 st 2.2 lbs
Weight gain: 1.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.6 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 3.8 lbs in 23 days

Breakfast: 

1 banana mullerlight yoghurt and oat crunch cereal; mug of tea
Lunch: 
7 crackers, philadelphia and salad; mug of tea
Snack:
Apple and courgette cake; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Veggie burger and chips; apple and courgette cake, greek yoghurt and honey; diet coke; glass or 2 of wine

Exercise:
Walked the prom (c. 10,500 steps)

Not so good - today was worse.
