Breakfast: 
Glass of squash
Lunch:
6 crackers, philadelphia and salad; mug of tea
Snack:
Mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Chicken and vegetable curry; onion bhajis; glass of squash; glass or 2 of wine

Exercise:
Walked the prom (c. 12,500 steps)

Relatively pleased not to have put anything on - not the best of ways but did get a fair few steps in.
