Day 30

Weight: 12 st 0.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.6 lbs

Breakfast:

Mug of tea
Lunch:
Crackers and philadelphia; 2 handfuls of raisins; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Onion bhajis; chicken tikka biryani; 2 pints of perry; glass or 2 of wine; glass of port

Exercise:
Lots of gardening; general walking  (c. 6,000 steps)

Still going down, but not expecting good things of tomorrow after a night on the curry!
