Day 21

Weight: 12 st 1.2 lbs
Weight loss: 0.8 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.2 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 4.8 lbs in 20 days

Breakfast: 
1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; oat crunch cereal; mug of tea

Lunch: 
1 apple; chunky kit kat; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Chicken and mushroom stir-fry; glass of squash; glass of wine

Exercise:
General walking (c. 4,000 steps)

Bit better - not a bad day today, except for the kit kat of course . . .
