Breakfast:
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt and oat crunch ceral; mug of tea
Lunch:
5 seafood sticks; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; 1 apple; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Courgette and cheese omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of wine
Exercise:
Walked into work then along prom (c. 14,500 steps)
Well I suppose it's better than nothing - probably would have been a lot better without the fish and chips! Had cheese today.
