Day 18

Weight: 11 st 13.6 lbs

Breakfast: 
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; courgette chocolate muffin

Lunch: 
Sandwich work lunch; mug of tea
Dinner:
Caramelised onion and potato tortilla; fat-free strawberry yoghurt; too many sultanas / raisins; peach and raspberry flavoured water

Exercise:
Walking between trains (c. 6,000 steps)

Well didn't put anything on - not very Dukan today though . . .
