Breakfast:
1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; 2 handfuls of raisins; mug of tea
Lunch:
Cold chicken slices; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; 2 pints diet coke
Dinner:
Chips; glass of wine
Exercise:
Walk to the bus stop and round town (c. 7,000 steps)
Pleased with that - did have a portion of chips tonight but that was it, so hopefully all will be well tomorrow.
