Day 12

Weight: 12 st 2.6 lbs
Weight gain: 1.4 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2.2 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 3.4 lbs in 11 days

Breakfast:
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt and oat crunch cereal; mug of tea
Lunch: 
Cold chicken slices; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash
Dinner:
Prawn and vegetable stir-fry; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash

Exercise:
Walked home from work (c. 11,000 steps)

It was expected - did have a very good day today so hopefully will see some of it come back off tomorrow . .  .
