1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt and oat crunch cereal; mug of tea
Lunch:
4 seafood sticks; 2 slices of wholemeal toast and philadelphia; 1 apple
Snack:
2 onion bhajis; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
3 onion bhajis; salmon omelette; glass of pimms and lemonade; glass or 2 of wine
Exercise:
General wanderings (c. 4,000 steps)
Pleased with that - nice to have ended the week with some kind of weight loss anyway - the onion bhajis were probably a bad move though!
