Slice of toast and philadelphia; salmon omelette; mug of tea
Lunch:
Tuna mayonnaise; tomato and cucumber; 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Snack:
Mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
2 veggie sausages; chips; greek yoghurt and stewed damsons; glass of pimms and lemonade; glass of wine
Exercise:
Couple of hours gardening; country walk (c. 10,000 steps)
Back to where I was last week (but at a more normal hour of the day) - not a very diet friendly tea though . . .
