Day 22

Weight: 12 st 0.6 lbs
Weight loss: 0.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.6 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 5.4 lbs in 21 days

Breakfast: 
1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; oat crunch cereal; mug of tea

Lunch: 
1 pack of doritos; 6 biscuits
Snack:
1 pack of cheese and onion crisps; 2 pints of perry
Dinner:
Vegetable curry; pilau rice; garlic naan; half a bottle of wine; half a cider

Exercise:
General walking (c. 6,500 steps)

Not the best of weeks - must do better!
