Breakfast:
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt with cranberry wheats; mug of tea
Lunch:
Tuna salad; 2 handfuls of raisins; apple; mug of tea
Snack:
2 handfuls of raisins; 2 mugs of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Salmon omelette and salad; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash
Exercise:
Two longish walks (c. 22,000 steps)
Bit disappointed that I didn't lose more, but suppose it was something - lots and lots of walking today, so hopefully tomorrow will be better . . .
