Day 14

Weight: 12 st 3.2 lb
Weight gain: 1 lb
Weight gain this week: 2 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 0.8 lbs in 13 days

Breakfast: 
2 handfuls of raisins; slice of bara brith; mug of tea
Lunch: 
Philadelphia and tomato sandwiches; egg custard; mug of tea
Snack:
Chocolate bar; hot chocolate
Dinner:
Beans on toast; strawberries, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass or 2 of red wine

Exercise: 
Short walk on prom (c.7,000 steps)
