Breakfast: 
1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; apple; mug of tea
Lunch: 
6 seafood sticks; orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Dinner:
Chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oatbran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; handful of raisins; mug of hot chocolate; glass of squash, glass or 2 of wine

Exercise: 
Evening walk (c. 8,500 steps)
