Day 8

Weight: 12 st 1.2 lbs
Weight loss: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.8 lbs in 7 days
Weight loss to date: 2.8 lbs in 7 days

Breakfast: 
2 small brown rolls and scrambled egg; glass of orange juice; cup of tea
Lunch: 
Egg and tuna sandwiches; falafel; fruit; orange juice
Dinner:
Lots of raisins; pack of cheese and onion crisps; diet coke; lots of red wine!

Exercise: 
Lots of working round London (c.12,500 steps)
Estimate of weight loss based on late data - a day of indulgence (couldn't be helped as away from home) - but lots of walking too . . .
