Day 3

Weight: 12 st 2.2 lbs
Weight loss: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.8 lbs in 2 days

Breakfast:
Strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; handful of mornflake oat cereal; mug of tea
Lunch:
1 apple; 6 seafood sticks
Dinner:
Chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; glass of diet coke; glass of wine

Exercise:
Walked into work etc. (c.10000 steps)

Bit disappointed - was hoping for more today - fell off the wagon with the wine . . .
