1 mango and pineapple mullerlight yoghurt; handful of oat crunch cereal; pack of cheese and onion crisps; diet coke
Lunch:
5 seafood sticks; cherry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Snack:
2 crackers and philly; 3 handfuls of raisins; 2 mugs of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Salmon and vegetable galette omelette; glass of squash
Exercise:
General walking (c. 3,500 steps)
Pleased enough with that, reasonably good day today as well.
