Mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; 1 handful of raisins; mug of tea
Lunch:
1 apple; packet of cheese and onion crisps; vanilla chocolate mullerlight; mug of tea
Dinner:
Chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of diet coke
Exercise:
Evening walk (c.11000 steps)
Reasonable start anyway - not too bad a day, hadn't really shopped so didn't have anything much for lunch (hence the crisps) - got a few steps in as well.
