Day 13

Weight: 12 st 2.2 lb
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1 lb in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 1.8 lbs in 12 days

Breakfast: 
Scrambled egg and ham roll; mug of tea
Lunch: 
Pack of cheese and chive crisps; victoria sponge; mug of tea
Snack:
Vegetable samosa; diet pepsi
Dinner:
Chinese take-away; glass or 3 of red wine

Exercise: 
Just walking around (c.7,500 steps)

Going from bad to worse . . .
