5 seafood sticks; orange and chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; mug of hot chocolate

Salmon omelette; oat-bran galette; strawberries, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of rose; glass of red
Exercise:
Walked into work / walked prom (c.17,000 steps)
Happy enough with that after London indulgence - good day today (except the wine) so hoping for good things tomorrow.
