1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; apple; mug of tea
Lunch:
Egg sandwich; crisps
Dinner:
Courgette and cheese omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash, glass or 2 of wine
Exercise:
Not much - short evening walk and potter round the garden (c. 6,000 steps)
On the way back down again, but wasn't the best of days . . .
