Vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt and handful of oat cereal; 1 handful of raisins; mug of tea
Lunch:
5 seafood sticks; pack of cheese and onion crisps; chocolate waffle biscuit; diet coke
Snack:
Mini cheddars; 2 pints of perry
Dinner:
Onion bhaji; chicken curry; pilau rice; naan; lots of red wine
Exercise:
Walked to meeting / round town (c.10,500 steps)
Bit disappointed to have put on - will be worse tomorrow though after the evening's indulgences.
