portion of chips; glass of squash
Exercise:
Walked to meeting and back (c.10000 steps)
Not too surprised to be static as I weighed in nearly 2 hours earlier than yesterday - bad day today though, long train journey, indulged in work buffet, then succumbed to chips when I got home . . .
