Day 7

Weight: 12 st 1.6 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.4 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 2.4 lbs in 6 days

Breakfast: 
2 handfuls of raisins; mug of tea
Lunch: 
Veggie burger and chips; small glass of rose wine
Dinner:
2 tuna and salad rolls; bottle of cider

Exercise: 
Walk round town (c.7000 steps)

Not too upset with that given yesterday's indulgence . . .  ate quite a lot today as well, plus hours on a train.
