Day 1



Here I am at my new starting weight of 12 st 4 lbs - although I've put on a stone since I was at my lightest (just before Christmas) still considerably lighter than the original Day 1 in June last year!


So what did I eat today?




Breakfast: 
Mango and pineapple mullerlight yoghurt; 2 handfuls of raisins; mug of tea
Lunch: 
1 pitta bread with philadelphia and salad; fat-free cherry yoghurt; diet coke
Dinner: 
Courgette, mushroom and cheese omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash

Exercise: 
Walked into work (c.6000 steps); Evening walk (c.15000 steps)

Well, here goes - still a few forbidden foods lurking in the store cupboard, so not as 'good' as I could have been, but then did walk an awful long way today . . .
