Bread, philadelphia, tomatoes and tzatziki; custard slice; glass of squash; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Sausage and mashed potato; glass of red wine
Exercise:
Gardening / walk into town (c.12,500 steps)
Not to upset with the weight gain - could have been more all things considered!
