Day 21

Weight: 12 st 2.6 lbs
Weight gain: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1 lb in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 1.4 lbs in 20 days

Breakfast: 
2 handfuls of raisins
Lunch: 
Beef curry; rice; fried potatoes; naan bread; rhubarb crumble and custard; glass of wine
Dinner:
4 slices of wholemeal bread and philadelphia; slice of cheese; bacon frazzle crisps; pint of cider shandy
Exercise: 
Walked the prom (c. 9,000 steps)

This 'reboot' appears to be going from bad to worse!  Suspect the news will not be good tomorrow.
