4 slices of wholemeal bread and philadelphia; slice of cheese; bacon frazzle crisps; pint of cider shandy
Exercise:
Walked the prom (c. 9,000 steps)
This 'reboot' appears to be going from bad to worse! Suspect the news will not be good tomorrow.
