Cheese sandwich; crisps; biscuit

Vegetable curry; pilau rice; naan; 2 pints of cider, glass of wine; diet coke; small sherry
Exercise:
5 mile walk (c. 12,000 steps)
Good weight loss - bad day - except I did do a proper walk with hills and everything!
