Day 25

Weight: 12 st 4.2 lbs
Weight gain: 2.2 lbs
Weight gain this week: 0.6 lbs in 3 days
Weight gain to date: 0.2 lbs in 24 days

Breakfast: 
1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; apple; mug of tea
Lunch: 
Egg sandwich; crisps; biscuit; mug of tea
Snack:
Slice of bread and vegemite; handful of raisins; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Pizza; glass of squash; glass of wine or 2

Exercise: 
General wanderings (c. 5,500 steps)
