Day 10

Weight: 12 st 1 lb
Weight loss: 0.2 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.2 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 3 lbs in 9 days

Breakfast: 
Vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt and handful of oat cereal; 2 handfuls of raisins; mug of tea
Lunch: 
5 seafood sticks; orange and chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; pack of cheese and onion crisps
Dinner:
Chicken and vegetable curry; oat-bran galette; tzatziki; strawberries, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of rose; glass of red
Exercise: 
Walked into work / walked prom (c.13,500 steps)

Was hoping for more - reasonableish day today though.
