5 seafood sticks; orange and chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; pack of cheese and onion crisps
Dinner:
Chicken and vegetable curry; oat-bran galette; tzatziki; strawberries, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of rose; glass of red
Exercise:
Walked into work / walked prom (c.13,500 steps)
Was hoping for more - reasonableish day today though.
