Day 19

Weight: 12 st 2 lbs
Weight gain: 0.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.6 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 2 lbs in 18 days

Breakfast: 
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; handful of oat crunch cereal; apple; 3 custard creams
Lunch: 
Cheese sandwich; cheese and onion crisps; diet coke
Snack:
2 crackers and vegemite; 2 handfuls of raisins; 1 mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Chip butty; glass or 2 of wine

Exercise: 
General walking (c. 2,500 steps)

Hmm - guess I overdid it last night - plus the lack of exercise - didn't help myself today either.
