1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; handful of oat crunch cereal; apple
Lunch:
5 seafood sticks; raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; diet coke
Snack:
3 handfuls of raisins; 2 mugs of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Salmon scrambled egg on toast; stewed apple and rhubarb, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of wine
Exercise:
General walking (c. 3,500 steps)
Well it was weight loss - not a bad day today.
