Lunch:
Jacket potato and tuna mayonnaise; black cherry yoghurt; diet coke
Snack:
2 crackers and philadephia; handful of raisins; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
Chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; fruit, greek yoghurt and honey; bacardi and diet coke
Exercise:
Walked to a meeting (c. 7,000 steps)
Well, lost something! Not an entirely Dukan day, but could have been worse.
