Day 5

Weight: 12 st 2.6 lbs
Weight gain: 0.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.4 lbs in 4 days
Weight loss to date: 1.4 lbs in 4 days

Breakfast:
Raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 apple; mug of tea
Lunch:
5 seafood sticks; cherry vanilla chocolate yoghurt
Snack:
2 handfuls of raisins; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner:
salmon and vegetable omelette; strawberries, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of apple juice; glass of wine

Exercise: 
General wanderings (c.4700 steps)

To be expected I suppose - did eat all the wrong things yesterday . . .
