Day 6

Weight: 12 st 1.2 lbs
Weight loss: 1.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.8 lbs in 5 days
Weight loss to date: 2.8 lbs in 5 days

Breakfast: 
2 handfuls of raisins; mug of tea
Lunch: 
Bowl of fruit wheats; more raisins; apple; mug of tea
Dinner:
Nachos, cheese and dips; sausage sandwich; strawberries, greek yoghurt and honey; 2 glasses of wine

Exercise: 
Walked the prom (c.8500 steps)

Pleased with the weight loss, but then over-indulged somewhat for dinner - we'll see what tomorrow brings.
