Breakfast:
1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; mug of tea
Lunch:
Chicken slices; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Dinner:
Prawn and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; glass of squash; glass of wine
Exercise:
Walked into work, to the supermarket, to catch the bus, and home (c. 13,400 steps)
Well - here goes - hoping for good things tomorrow.
