Day 26 - Time to Reboot the Diet Reboot

Weight: 12 st 6 lbs
Weight gain: 1.8 lbs
Weight gain this week: 2.4 lbs in 4 days
Weight gain to date: 2 lbs in 25 days


Not going well is it?  Need to rediscover my willpower . . .


So here we go, a reboot of the reboot - no bread, no potatoes, no rice, no pasta, no noodles - no alcohol on school nights - can I really be that good again - we'll see!
