Breakfast:
1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt with oat crunch cereal; mug of tea
Lunch:
Chicken slices; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea
Snack:
2 handfuls of raisins; apple
Dinner:
Chicken in black bean sauce; oat-bran galette; stewed rhubarb, greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of wine or 2
Exercise:
Short walk along the prom (c. 8,500 steps)
Happy enough with that - not a bad day either (probably a bit too much fruit) - have hopes of tomorrow.
