3 handfuls of raisins
Lunch:
Turkey slices; 1 banana custard mullerlight yoghurt; handful of oat crunch cereal; diet coke
Snack:
2 crackers and vegemite; handful of raisins
Dinner:
Prawn and vegetable stir-fry with noodles; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass or 2 of wine; 4 crackers and philadelphia
Exercise:
Walked the prom (c. 9,000 steps)
Well, at least I didn't put any more on, and today was a bit better diet-wise until I hit late-night snack mode, did go for a walk though!
