Day 301

Weight: 11 st 12.6 lbs
Weight gain: 1.6 lbs
Weight gain this week: 1.2 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 34.4 lbs in 300 days

Breakfast: 1 hot cross bun; mug of sweet tea

Lunch: large portion of chips; 3 jam doughnuts; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: cheese roll; cheese and onion crisps; diet coke

Verdict: Not unexpected - and followed by the hangover munchies - may still lose something tomorrow though, we'll see.
