Day 308

Weight: 11 st 11.6 lbs
Weight gain: 2.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.2 lbs in 6 days
Weight loss to date: 35.4 lbs in 307 days

Breakfast: 1 vanilla mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: mushroom omelette; 1 rhubarb mullerlight yoghurt; glass of squash

Snack: 2 handfuls of raisins; 2 mugs of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash; glass of winw

Verdict:   Well, I did stuff my face yesterday.  If I'm lucky may see some of it come off again tomorrow.
