Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 apple; 1 mug of tea
Snack: packet of ready salted crisps; lots of toffees
Lunch: 6 seafood sticks; 1 ornage chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; more toffees; mug of hot chocolate
Dinner: salmon galette omelette; greek yoghurt and honey; 1 glass of squash; glass of wine
Verdict: Well I suppose it was a weight loss - not a bad day so may lose some more tomorrow.
