Day 326

Weight: 11 st 10 lbs
Weight loss: 1 lb
Weight loss this week: 1.2 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 37 lbs in 325 days

Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; 3 handfuls of raisins; 2 small biscuits; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 packet of crisps; 1 apple; 1 vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt

Snack: 1 packet of crisps; pint of diet coke

Dinner: chip butty; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of wine

Verdict: Pleased with the weight loss - fell of the wagon again though . . .
