Day 304

Weight: 11 st 10 lbs
Weight loss: 1.4 lbs
Weight loss this week: 1.8 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 37 lbs in 303 days

Breakfast: 1 mandarin mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: cold chicken; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and vegetable stir-fry; oat-bran pancake; pimms and lemonade; glass of squash

Verdict: That's better - had another good day today as well so hopefully there's more weight loss to come.
