Weight: 11 st 11.2 lbs

Breakfast: 1 strawberry mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: cold chicken; pack of baked crisps; rhubarb muffin; mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: chicken and mushroom stir-fry; oat-bran galette; greek yoghurt and honey; 1 glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Must Not Eat Bread!
