Weight: 11 st 11 lbs

Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 3 handfuls of raisins; 3 small biscuits; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 apple; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1mugs of hot chocolate

Dinner: chip butty; 1 glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Lost something I suppose, but followed it up with stodge . . .
