Lunch: philly and coleslaw baguette; custard slice; mug of tea
Snack: 2.5 rolo cookies; diet coke
Dinner: pilau rice; chicken tikka massala; onion bhaji; naan bread; bacardi and diet coke; glass of wine
Verdict: Bit unexpected (suppose it's a non-school day and I got up a bit later) but a nice surprise - of course today was really not diet friendly at all, so don't expect the news will be as good tomorrow!
