Day 325

Weight: 11 st 11 lbs
Weight loss: 0 lbs
Weight loss this week: 0.2 lbs in 2 days
Weight loss to date: 36 lbs in 324 days

Breakfast: 1 cherry mullerlight yoghurt; 3 handfuls of raisins; 3 small biscuits; 1 mug of tea

Lunch: 5 seafood sticks; 1 apple; 1 cherry vanilla chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 1 mug of hot chocolate

Dinner: 1.5 seeded bagels and philly; scrambled egg and salmon; 1 glass of squash; glass of wine

Verdict: Not too upset given what I ate yesterday - at least I didn't put on!
