Weight: 11 st 9.4 lbs
Weight loss: 0.6 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2.4 lbs in 3 days
Weight loss to date: 37.6 lbs in 304 days

Breakfast: 1 raspberry and cranberry mullerlight yoghurt; mug of tea

Lunch: cold chicken; 1 orange chocolate mullerlight yoghurt; 2 mugs of hot chocolate

Dinner: salmon and pea galette quiche; greek yoghurt and honey; glass of squash

Verdict: Well still losing - another good day today.
